I know,some of it lagu2 lame.Actually Come Undone has always been one of my favs since i was in primary school.Back then i had no idea what the song was all about,just love the beat je.Weird.It was the era of boybands yet i kept on listening to this one.Thanks to my eldest bro for feeding me with these "weird" songs.Only now i understand the lyrics and i love the bridge part from the female backup singer :

Destination

-I love going to historical places,especially ruins

My pick : A Famosa Melaka,Angkor Wat Cambodia,Tanah Lot Bali

-Bazaar or markets where i can find cheap and one of a kind pieces

My pick : Danau Kota,Chatuchak Market Bangkok

-When i feel like relaxing,i prefer to do so in somewhere cold

My pick : Cameron Highlands,Bandung

Food

-Im a universal food consumer so trying out new stuffs is something i would do everytime i travel.Am not picky when it comes to food. *chomp*chomp*

My pick : Any local specialties!

-I glug water like a dessert nomad,so i need plenty of plain water.

Fashion

-Comfort is my priority when i travel as i get rimas easily,esp in hot weather.Details such as studs or patterns make u look less dull without compromising ur comfort.

My pick : Plaid/Bf shirt,studded t-shirt

-Stretchable jeans is great for travelling as it doesnt 'loose' as much as normal jeans does.Besides,it's very comfortable.

My pick : Stretchable skinny jeans

-Bring along accessories that can be worn with everything and in many ways.Black/silver accessories are the safest option.

My pick : Bangles,chunky ring,satchel(2ways-handheld,shoulder strap)

-Flip flops are the best footwear ;) enough said.

My pick : Wedges flip flops

-Black cotton tudung!Easy.

Beauty

-My skin gets burnt easily under the sun but i hate wearing heavy sunscreen.It's oily.

-I've dry combination skin so moisturizer is a must,esp at night.When im tired or lack of sleep,my skine is prone to pimples.

My pick : Vitamin E moisturizer,Differin/T3 Mycin pimple gel

-I like to keep my face simple when im travelling.Another reason is..im LAZY.

Toughen up the look

I was browsing thru a few blogshops and came across this one nice floral shirt which i couldn't get my eyes off.Usually i would go for quite edgy n simple pieces but the shirt was an exceptional.Since im not so good at pulling girlie look,ive figured out how to wear a floral shirt..my way :-It was quite similar to one above,except for the flower.The shirt i was eyeing had english roses print.I love how those accesories and faded skinny toughen up the look. ;)

Masakan Melayu Kegemaran.Hehe

Hi.Entri kali ni dlm bahasa melayu sbb nk tulis tentang masakan melayu kegemaran.(dah lame x tulis blog,tetibe semangat tulis entri makanan ;p).Sebenarnye ktrg sekeluarga xmemilih dan makan semue jenis makanan dari mane2 negeri/negara.Mama & abah dah ajar ktrg mkn mcmni sejak kecik lagi.Sy bkn jenis makan byk tp sy suke mkn mcm2 lauk.Dlm pinggan besenye 3/4 lauk lagi 1/4 bru nasi..huhu.Bwh ni masakan2 melayu yg sy suke.Suke gile!! ;p

Udang - Sambal Udang Petai
Lagi pedas lagi bagus.Petai ni bau mmg dahsyat.Peduli ape,mkn je ;p

Sayur - Kangkung Goreng Belacan

Kadang2 saje je goreng sbb nak ratah.Separuh kedai masak x sedap,kedekut belacan.Tahpape belacan pn kedekut.huhu


Ikan - Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak

Ni mmg boleh buat sy tambah nasi byk kali.Kalau mama msk ni tetiap hari,maka bertambah gemuk la sy dr hari ke hari.


Cicah cicah - Cencalok dan Budu

Cencalok best kalau ade byk bawang.Budu ni mkn cmtu je da sedap,tp lg best kalau byk cili padi.Ktrg sll mkn budu sbb ade stok tak terhingga dr abg ipar sy.


Ayam - Ayam Masak Rempah

Kalau versi indonesia ayam bumbu.Sedap jgk.Mama ade goreng ayam mcmni guna resipi Chef Wan.Sedap oo.


Ketam - Ketam Masak Lemak

Ni xboleh makan kt tempat awam,buruk rupe.Nak kepak n ketuk2 ketam susah.Kalau mkn sopan2 xpuas.Mkn kt umah je la best.

Telur - Rebus/Pindang

Dulu2 sll tersalah pggil telur tembelang,hahahaa.Ade sesetengah org xsuke sgt telur pindang.Sy sgt sgt sgt suke.Kalau kt kenduri sy lg suke org bg telur rebus dr gule2,sapu tgn,sabun..lalala.Dah nama bunga telur,bg la telur.Lg sedap.(Org bg byk bunyi plk ;p)

Nasi - Nasi Kerabu
Abah panggil ni nasi berulam.Nasi ni best kalau lengkap dgn lauk sy suke - nasi,ulam,daging bakar,budu,solok,bawang jeruk pastu gaul2 sume makan.Hah sedap.Gelojoh btl bunyi.haha.

Kuih - Kuih Sagu
Sy dan mama suke mkn kuih ni.Kalau bulan ramadhan,tetiap hari abah beli.Tp kuih ni ade sesetengah kedai buat jadi mcm kuih plastik.haish.Kalau da jmpe satu kedai buat sedap,beli je la kt situ.

Silver and Studs

These are my latest obsessions.I can't get enough of silver/studded outfit and accessories.As mentioned in my previous post,silver goes with anything and for any occasion.Suits my cincai self and tshirt-jeans style very well.I just have to throw on my tshirt,silver accessories and im ready.Nway,ive browsed a few online shops and saw some interesting stuffs :-

Untitled.

Already bought my most wanted item,laptop charger.Id go crazy this hols if i cnt turn on my laptop.Wont bother Dif n Ayu for charger anymore(many thanks for lending it).Nway,my last update was like ages ago.Been very busy for the past few weeks,with mid terms and assignment.I had 4 midterms - islamic banking,intermediate microecons,inter. macroecons and fiqh.Can't say much on the papers,just gonna wait for the result.One thing for sure,tibai byk.Hopefully those tibai-ans worked wonders.Huhu.As for the assignment,me and dif managed to finish our 25pages assignment on Waqf in 2days.Berasa best hee~.
Enough on studies,ive had too much of that for the past few weeks.Now its all about raya.Shopping.Weee.Food.Weeeeeeee.I went for shopping last weekend,bought baju kurung,few kains,tunic and a black clincher(raya bila mau pkai da?).With all the crowds,xde mood nak membeli just nak memblah blk umah.Which is why i prefer on9 shopping.Click click click and goods will be delivered in front of ur doorstep.No crowds,no fuss but more unwanted items.Ultimate shopping tip from pemalaz to pemalaz.

Zombie at Carrefour

Dunno y last nite was so hard for me to fall asleep,been tossing and turning for hours.Guling-guling mcm sonic pn da,still couldn't sleep.I woke up dis morning with panda eyes n felt lethargic,maybe guling too much kot.So i went to Carrefour like a zombie and i had samseng face on while groceries shopping.The displayed armchair kept on calling me,rse cm nk tibai tydo kt situ je.After zombie-ing around Carrefour,went straight to my sis's with some stuffs for barbecue.The best part for today - dinner.I had(more like stuffed i think..ngaaa) my fav dish masak lomak ikan patin yg dihirup sampai ke titisan terakhir and also durian.Sumpah tak pg jalan2 afterwards..with all the smell on me people would definitely run away lintang pukang.Whatever it is,dinner was SUPERB.nyum.

Stardust

It's a movie i just finished and i couldn't stop smiling while watching it!Call me a hopeless romantic or anything but it really is a romantic movie.The story is based on a novel and the characters,storyline,dialogue were amazing..kept me in the 'berangan' mode for quite a while ;p I love Claire Danes's role as Yvain(the glowing star that fell on earth)coz she's cute and i like the fact that she actually glows when she's happy =) (berangan jadi glowing star for a while ;P)What's more,Yvain was later saved by a cute guy named Tristan.(continue berangan jadi Yvain)I know Stardust was out for quite a while now,but i just got it from my friend,Sarah.If u can't get enough of sweet movies like the notebook,a walk to remember or tristan&isolde,then this one is definitely for you ;)

Simba of Bollywood

Yeay dah ade mood,thanks to my mamito,papito,my bestie Intan and also my gemuk cat Simba.Had a few nice conversations and gurauan senda with them,yes..including Simba.Might sound like a looney,but i like talking to Simba.He'll give me his i-understand-what-u're-going-through look n i'll give my thanks-for-understanding look in return.huhuu.Nway,i gave Simba a bath just now and sth funny happened.He noticed i was preparing soap water,towel n started to be kelam kabut n all.He tried his luck by hiding in the kitchen sink n also behind a small water filter.(as if couldn't spot that fat cat)Hehehe.Please la Simba,sila jgn berasa diri tu kecik molek..

owh..Simba is 6yrs old already!! =)

Nway,my first week in UIA was quite o.k..i got all the subjects that i wanted,after mengembleng tenaga dgn Difla.Am taking 5 sbjects this sem Intermediate Microeconomics II,Macroeconomics II,Usul Fiqh II,Fiqh III and Islamic Banking and Finance.(sem islamic.huhu).As a reward to myself after a hectic day(konon),i went out with my frens on Wed nite to watch "Merchants of Bollywood" held at Istana Budaya.It was a nice and energetic show..best!Frankly,me,dif n intan menggigil je nak join drg menari.ranggedel ranggedel.hahaa.

Nway,i went to my sis's just now eventho i had a terrible headache..wanna see Firdaus b4 going back to UIA.(mcm jauh sgt je UIA tuh.hehe) This lil guy here talks a lot lately and asks endless questions mcm police officer.Huhu.Look at his chubby cheeks,cubit mmg best.Can't seem to stop doing that.It's addictive.*geram*

Had a very nice day with my dearest friends (Nash,Intan n Shasya) at Mid Valley and The Gardens yesterday.. Intan said it was a good idea for us to hangout as i had some minor jiwa kacau back then. =p We had so much fun simply by talking and catching up that it 'healed' my jiwa kacau straightaway.(see this is exactly why i love them sooo much,mereka ni ubat..hoho). After lunch with Nash at Amuleto,we had drinks at Food Gardens,x jalan byk pun just chit chatting je.Actually the main reason we all got 2gether was to spend as much time with dear Intan coz she's gonna fly to Egypt this Sept to further her study in dentistry.Congrats dear,but we're sure gonna miss u =(

I really,really enjoy doing this..since i was little.Actually,i like almost everything related to art.It sweeps my stress and boredom away but i enjoy it not primarily because of that,it's because i love to express my ideas and thoughts through this. =) I even write sth nice or a short poem in some of my cards but sometimes i do come out with crappy ones,hahaha.Not so good with words,definitely not a minah jiwang.

Chains Craze

Im a BIG fan of silver/platinum coloured accessories.Its the creme de la creme of accessories as it matches absolutely everything.My current favourite is chain necklace,i saw it online and on my fashion icon Serena Van Der Woodsen/Blake Lively in Gossip Girl.Hers was in gold,nice one.I was jumping when i finally got my own 'honey' in silver.Maybe it looks a bit 'serabut' to some people,but hey i LOVE it ;).After all,style is a subjective matter isn't it?
